Sahan Agreement
By using Sahan e-SIM (the “Service”), operated by Zencore Strategic Solutions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans for compatible devices. Plans are for data connectivity as described at purchase. Coverage, speeds, and fair-use rules depend on the underlying network partners.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and use a device that supports eSIM. You are responsible for ensuring your device is unlocked and eSIM-capable.
Orders & Payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; mobile-money options may be offered in some markets. Charges are generally final once the eSIM is provisioned, except where required by law or our refund policy.
Delivery & Activation
After successful payment and provisioning you receive install instructions (QR / link / codes). Installation and local network registration are your responsibility. Some plans activate on first use in the destination network.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, abuse, resale without authorization, or anything that harms networks or other users. We may suspend service for abuse or fraud.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zencore Strategic Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for coverage gaps, device incompatibility, or network outages outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise them.
