Sahan e-SIM (“we”, “us”), operated by Zencore Strategic Solutions, provides prepaid travel eSIM data plans. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
When you purchase a plan we collect: name, email, and phone number (to deliver your eSIM and support); payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers); and order details (package, country, reference). We do not collect precise location, advertising IDs, or browsing history for ads.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to deliver eSIM credentials (email / QR / install link), provide support and refunds, look up orders in My eSIM, apply top-ups, and send transactional messages about your order.
Data Sharing
We share information only with our eSIM connectivity provider (to provision service) and our payment processor (to complete charges). We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers.
Data Retention
We retain order records as needed for support, accounting, and fraud prevention, typically up to 12 months for personal contact fields unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion subject to legal holds.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@tekhub.so.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
